Arrival Time and Parking
Please telephone us if you will be arriving later than 5:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier than check-in time, please feel free to use our pool. The Starfire does not have changing facilities or restrooms. Rooms are not available until after 2:00 p.m. (no exceptions). We have parking for one car per unit. Please do not ask to park a second vehicle. All cars must be removed from the lot by 10:00 a.m. on check-out day.
Payment is due on arrival. We will accept cash, Traveler's Checks, most major credit cards, or a money order for payment of your balance. Please note that your deposit is not transferable and is credited to your last night's stay. Neither unused days nor deposits are transferable to another guest or time period. All guests are required to present a valid ID and a credit card at the time of check-in. Credit card will be not accepted from any one other than the card holder.
Deposits refundable upon receipt of written notice if notified 21 days prior to arrival subject to 25% service charge. No refund within the 21 days. Misrepresentation voids reservation and may forfeit deposit. No refunds for unused days, no-shows, or inclement weather - no exceptions. Reservations are subject to strikes, failure of guest to vacate, or causes and conditions beyond our control.
Due to new insurance and fire marshal regulations, visitors are not permitted in rooms or to use the motel facilities at any time. We appreciate your cooperation.
