
What to Know Before Your Stay at Starfire Motel:

As we introduce updates to the Starfire Motel, we recognize that many of our returning guests are familiar with long-standing traditions. Our team is here to help make the transition easy and will work closely with legacy guests as they get comfortable with our updated booking and check-in policies. Text "START" with your full name to +1-856-898-4483 to opt in to Starfire text messaging. By subscribing, you'll receive welcome instructions, timely updates, and quick support during your stay. We primarily use this service to provide check-in information in the event the front desk is not staffed, ensuring a smooth and easy arrival. You can opt out at any time by texting "STOP." We recommend remaining opted in until after your stay.
Office Hours:
We are open seasonally Mid-May through Mid-October! If a staff member is not on duty during check-in, you will be provided with a code for keyless entry to your room. Before or after office hours, we have an answering service that will be able to provide assistance if needed when you call our main number: 609-522-6767
About the Starfire Motel:

No beach access fees! Escape to Wildwood beaches, where the sand and surf are yours to enjoy for free.

Each room includes 2 chairs and a table on the exterior walkway/balcony.

Pool/Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided by the motel.

Outdoor Pool is open seasonally. Pool is open approximately last weekend in May through September. Typical pool hours are 9:00 AM until 7:00 PM, weather and pool conditions permitting.

Ice Machine located on first floor.

BBQ Grill available, weather permitting.

The hotel has a 1st and 2nd floor. No elevator available. If you require assistance, please contact staff on duty.
Reservation Policies and Modifications:

Guests must be at least 25 years of age to reserve a room and check in. The registered guest must be present at check-in and stay for the duration of the reservation. Identification is required. Misrepresentation voids reservation and forfeits deposit.

Unregistered visitors are not permitted in rooms or to use the motel facilities. We appreciate your cooperation.

Rates, promotions and discounts are subject to change.

Service Animals are always welcome. Unfortunately, we do not permit pets or emotional support animals.

Enjoy the best rates, exclusive availability, and flexible booking options by reserving directly through our website. Reservations made via third-party sites (Expedia.com, Booking.com, etc.) may limit our ability to accommodate special requests and adjustments, and may result in higher room rates.

If you booked via a third party, and you need to modify or cancel your reservation, all changes need to occur through that 3rd party (Booking.com, Expedia.com, for example).
Deposit Policy:

A deposit of 1 night’s room and tax will be required at time of reservation via credit card. The balance will be due on the day of arrival.

Deposits cannot be moved to alternate dates.

No refunds for unused days due to weather, no shows, etc.

On arrival, the hotel will place a $250.00 credit hold on the credit card for incidentals, lost keys, damages or smoking fees.

The hotel accepts credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
Cancellation Policy:

15 days prior to the date of arrival you will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of $25.00.

14-7 days prior to the date of arrival you will forfeit the deposit of the reservation.

Less than 6 days prior to the date of arrival you will forfeit the cost of the entire stay.

We cannot guarantee your room will be available before 3:00 PM.

Please refrain from early arrivals unless arrangements are made prior to arrival. You may call the day of your arrival to inquire about availability of your room before 3:00 PM.

We ask that you adhere to the check-out time so that we can clean and sanitize the rooms for arriving guests.

Early check in or Late Check out fee: $50. Upon availability. Must be requested in front office.
Housekeeping Services:

Your room will be sanitized and prepared for your arrival.

Towel replacement and trash removal will occur daily.

We ask that you please call the front desk if you need any additional amenities or replacements.

You may request full housekeeping service (upon availability).
Room Supplies:

All Rooms include Refrigerator, Microwave and Keurig Coffee Brewer. We include 2 complimentary coffee pods. Feel free to bring your own preferred coffee pods to enjoy extra cups of coffee.

Rooms are supplied with towels and bed linens, toilet tissue, hand soap, bar soap, and shampoo.

Select rooms have kitchenettes: 2-burner cooktop, microwave, full-size refrigerator, Keurig coffee brewer, toaster, cookware, cooking utensils, tableware, drink ware, paper towels, kitchen linens, potholders, dish soap.

Roll-away-beds and air mattresses cannot be accommodated in our rooms due to occupancy limits.

Cribs and Pack N Plays are not available on property. However, there are rental companies in Wildwood to choose from:
Smoking Policy:

The entire property including lobby, rooms, parking lot, pool, sun decks, walkways and all public areas are 100% smoke free! This includes vaping electronic cigarettes, marijuana, etc.

If evidence of smoking is found there will be a smoking fee of $250.00.

On arrival, the hotel will place a $250.00 credit hold on the credit card for incidentals and/or damages or smoking fees.
Parking:

There is complimentary parking for one vehicle per reservation.

You are permitted to park beginning at 3 PM on the day or your arrival and until 10 AM on your departure date.

Parking tags will be issued at the front desk and must be displayed on your vehicle’s rear-view mirror during the entire time of your stay.
ADA Accessibility:
The hotel is not fully ADA accessible. The property does not feature ramps, elevators, or ADA-compliant rooms. Guests should be aware that stairs may be required to access their accommodations.
